Absolutely everything. What a gem of a hotel. They had been affected by the floods a couple of weeks before we arrived but they communicated clearly with us and there was no sign of any flood damage when we arrived. The staff were always courteous and helpful and the property itself was a haven. Really nice pool, family room was a great size and the bathroom was a family favourite with a huge bathtub and separate rain shower. The incense that was lit outside each room in the evening to help deter the mosquitos was a great touch and just one example of the care and attention to detail that the hotel provides. Breakfast was definitely the best out of all the hotels that we stayed at with different dishes on offer each morning, as well as fresh fruit. The mango and sticky rice in the afternoon was such a nice touch and we had a great time trying all the deserts and snacking on the fresh fruit. The hotel is in a great location, just outside of the main town but very accessible. Would 100% return and we would all recommend it to anyone.

A beautiful boutique hotel located in a peaceful neighbourhood, but within a short walking distance to the hustle and bustle of main Chaing Mai with plenty of bars and restaurants on offer. This gem of a find was the perfect slice of peace and tranquility to return to after a busy day exploring. With a gorgeous courtyard style pool overlooked by the most fairytale tree that looked straight out of the film Avatar. The rooms featured a large cosy bed and high end toiletries. Every evening incense candles would be lit outside the rooms leaving the whole place smelling divine. Breakfast was also fantastic with lots of healthy choices. This was without doubt one of our favourite hotels while travelling around Thailand and will certainly be returning. Highly recommend a stay it will not disappoint.

Very good breakfast with lots of choices between Thai and Western food - lots of fruit though unfortunately they did not have papayas often enough... well that was just a personal wish otherwise the food was great and the service very good. The location is quite good - a bit out of city centre which is actually kind of nice as it's a bit less noisy. However the walk to the town and especially the night market area is only about 5 minutes and one has the pleasure of walking over a bridge across the river - nicely decorated when we were there for Loi Krathong. The hotel is small enough to be personal and comfortable without all the fuss of a bigger place. The staff are all very kind and helpful and so very polite. All in all a great place

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Located just outside the historical center, it’s the perfect quiet and peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the bustling city. The tranquil vibes here are unmatched. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, the real highlight of this place is the people. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any request we had. If you’re looking for a serene and relaxing base while visiting Chiang Mai, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and quiet!

Kris

The friendly were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The whole place was kept immaculately clean and they paid real attention to ensuring everything was well run. Example, when it rained they were straight out to cover the pool chairs and then uncover them when it stopped. Though there was not a wide array of facilities, they ensured what they did deliver was excellent. The early afternoon Thai snacks and breakfast were excellent too! It was close to the centre of Chiang Mai, which made it easy to get around.
